Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Please also note that we have a no refund policy. Item can be exchanged or money can be converted into voucher for later use.

2. Exchange apply to all our products except it is stated NO EXCHANGE for particular products or event or promotion. We only allow to exchange size and it still subject to stock availability.

3. Exchange divided to 3 catagory

3.1.       Exchange Request - Customer received item as ordered but want to exchange size. Please return the item to our warehouse and once we have received the item, we will check the size avaibility and send it to u.

3.2.       Exchange Fault - We accidentally sent wrong item and customer wants the correct item to be resend - Free return fee and we will bare customer’s delivery fee up to RM8

3.3.       Exchange Defect - We sent defect item and customer wants the good item to be resend -Free return fee and we will bare the customer’s delivery fee up to RM8

4) Exchange must be made within 2 days after item has been received. For example today received, customer must send it to us same today or the next day after received. The third day received all the exchange issue will not be entertained.

5) If the exchange item's price is more expensive, then customer has to pay the difference and if the item exchange is cheaper, we will convert into voucher so that you can get discount when you shop again with us.

6) If the customer's requested item to be exchange is not available, customer has to change to other color or design.

7) Customer must return the item first before we post out the new requested item. This may take 1- 3 days after we have received your return item.
